Green Pine Home Health Care has been providing patients with health related education and high quality care for families throughout the Los Angeles and San Bernardino area. We are helping individuals maintain their independence and the lifestyle they enjoy in the comfort and safety of their own home .
Our staff are skilled medical professionals, RN’s, LVN’s, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapistsand Medical Social Workers, provide a complete range of in-home clinical care required to manage and improve each of our patients.
In addition to MediCal and Medicare, we are also contract with a variety of HMO healthplans. We may also work on a referral basis. Just tell your physician, social worker, case manager, or discharge planner that you would like to receive services from our facility.
